We do not offer refunds.
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Exchange Eligibility
To ensure a smooth exchange process, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unworn, and free from any damage.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, pouches, and boxes.

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel, which serves as proof in case of any issue (damage, missing item, or incorrect product).
3. Exchangeable Items
All jewellery items sold are eligible for exchange.
No product categories are excluded.
4. Conditions for Approval
An exchange request will be accepted in the following cases:

Missing item (as verified through unboxing video)

Size or design issue
All concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
5. Return Shipping Process

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us for exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement piece will be shipped to the customer.

However, in rare cases involving system errors or payment issues, refunds—if approved—will be processed through the original payment method.
